摘要
本研究主要探討國內男女大學生之個人背景、大一與大二成就抱負與校園學習經驗對大三成就抱負之影響，採問卷調查法針對100學年度入學之國內十一所的男女大學生進行三年的追蹤調查，包含293名男大學生與370名女大學生。統計分析方法包括描述性統計與多元迴歸方法。本研究最後也針對教育實務與未來研究提出具體建議。
