Abstract
「機車使用狀況調查」的目的主要在蒐集臺灣地區機車之持有、使用、通(勤)學、支出及機車使用者對政府相關措施之意見等資料,以供相關施政參據。調查資料 時期,動態資料為103年1月至12月(如每星期行駛天數等流量資料);靜態資料為103年12月底(如已行駛公里數等存量資料);相關措施之意見資料為 104年3月至6月填表時期。本調查採分層比例系統抽樣法,抽出機車2萬5千輛,於104年3月至6月採郵寄問卷方式辦理,計回收有效樣本1萬1,409 輛,回收率為45.6%(在95%信心水準下,抽樣誤差為±0.9%)。
