Abstract
本調查主要針對台灣地區機車車主(使用者)持用管理及使用、行駛機車情形進行調查，由機車母體1,316萬350輛(截至94年12月底機車登記車輛數)中，採分層比例系統抽樣法抽出樣本數為2萬輛，抽出率為0.15%，於95年3月至5月採郵寄問卷方式辦理，計回收有效樣本7,532輛，在95%信心水準下，抽樣誤差為1%，回收率為37.7%。
