Abstract
「機車使用狀況調查」的目的主要在蒐集臺灣地區(含臺灣省、臺北市、高雄市)機車之持有管理、使用情形及機車使用者對各項措施之意見等資料,以供相關單位 施政參據。調查資料時期,動態資料為98年1月至12月(如每星期行駛天數等流量資料);靜態資料為98年12月底。相關措施之意見資料為99年3月至6 月填表時期。本調查採分層比例系統抽樣法,抽出機車2萬5千輛,於99年3月至6月採郵寄問卷方式辦理,計回收有效樣本1萬371輛,回收率為 41.5%,在95%信心水準下,抽樣誤差為±1.1%。
