109年住宅需求動向調查

Abstract

109年住宅需求動向調查配合整體住宅政策，調查對象為全臺22縣市之申請租金補貼戶。採問卷調查表併同租金補貼申請書填表及網路線上調查方式，於109年8月4日至8月31日第一梯次租金補貼申請期間及110年1月18日至2月5日第二梯次租金補貼申請期間實施調查。其中，第一梯次回收有效問卷計有48,043份，第二梯次回收有效問卷計有9,800份，按申請者之租賃住宅所在地區分析；另108年度住宅需求動向曾就6直轄市無自有住宅者調查(有效問卷2,284份)，本調查則就內容相似或相同之問項一併比較。
