台灣封閉式社區之發展歷程與都市空間結構變遷之研究：以台中市為例(II)

The Emergence of Gated Community and Its Impact on Urban Spatial Structure: Lessons in Taichung (II)


Abstract

　台中市敗壞的治安讓許多人於購屋時選擇強調「安全」的門禁社區，而且台中市透天型門禁社區蓬勃發展的期間恰巧於九二一大地震之後，加上學術界鮮少人對此 類型房地產市場之需求面進行相關研究，引發本研究欲探討購買透天型門禁社區之消費者是否受到九二一大地震及治安問題之影響。為探討影響消費者購買透天型門 禁社區之購屋因素，於回顧透天型門禁社區、九二一大地震、台中市治安問題等相關文獻後，本研究於眾多調查方法中分析篩選，決定採用「問卷調查法」調查消費 者特性，運用問卷資料的統計結果與九二一大地震及台中市治安現況進行比較與分析，本研究發現消費者購買透天型門禁社區確實受到九二一大地震與台中市治安問 題之影響。
