中小企業策略聯盟夥伴間信任與聯盟績效影響因素之研究

A Study on the Determinants of Trust Toward Partner and Alliance Performance of SMEs in Taiwan


Abstract

　本研究探討廠商與聯盟夥伴間偶對層次因素(雙方之組織距離差異程度、資源能力互補程度、資源投入程度及溝通程度)對聯盟夥伴之信任程度、聯盟績效和未來 與聯盟夥伴繼續合作意願之影響。利用線性結構關係模式，透過對中小型製造業廠商的實証研究顯示，廠商對夥伴的信任程度一方面受到聯盟夥伴間組織距離與溝通 程度所影響，另方面，其亦會影響廠商所知覺之聯盟績效；至於聯盟績效則對雙方未來繼續合作之意願有顯著的正向影響
