個體理想信念對群體認同與內團體偏私關聯性的干擾作用

Belief of Idealism as Moderator to the Relationship Between Group Identity and In-Group Favoritism

Abstract

　本研究主旨探討台灣目前本省以及外省族群是否有內團體偏私(外團體歧視)的現象，並且進一步探討個體的理想信念對團體認同與內團體偏私(外團體歧視)關係的干擾作用。本研究以台灣的本省及外省二個族群為受試對象，回收有效問卷267份，其中，本省族群177人，外省族群90人。資料分析結果發現: 1.台灣本省/外省族群皆有內團體偏私(外團體歧視)的現象；2.個體的理想信念為團體認同與內團體偏私(外團體歧視)關係的干擾變項。
