社區空間型式與居民意識對社區安全關係之研究

A Study on Residents' Sense of Community and Patterns of Community to Community Security


Abstract

社 區是由許多不同的空間形式所建構，其不僅塑造了社區的空間特性，也影響了居民的社區意識與環境安全感。本研究目的在探討社區空間形式、社區意識、居民社經 屬性和居民安全感之間之關係。研究結果顯示：(1)居民之安全感與社區意識無顯著相關；(2)居民之部分社經屬性與社區意識、社區安全感達顯著差異水準； (3)居民認為危險的地點為人煙稀少與使用強度較低的邊陲地區與常發生交通事故地點；(4)市警局的資料顯示犯罪案件多發生於主要道路沿線區域，且以汽、 機車竊盜、竊盜等為主，居民被害恐懼地點認知與實際犯罪地點有所差異。研究並提出楓樹社區的預防犯罪策略之建議。
