Abstract
此調查的目的在於蒐集臺閩地區(包括臺北市、高雄市、臺灣省及福建省)小客貨車租賃業基本資料、經營短租、長租營運運狀況、出租車輛行駛、保險、違規及肇事狀況、對相關措施之意見及未來展望等資料。調查資料時期則分動態和靜態，前者為97年1月至12月(如車輛之出租率等流量資料);後者為97年12月底(如營業車輛數等存量資料)，而相關措施意見之填表時期為98年3月至5月。調查實施期間為98年3月至5月。回收有效樣本數為819家，回收率為93.6%。
