工作動機理論的建構與驗證(I)Theory Construction and Hypotheses Testing on Work Motivation (I)
Abstract
本研究預計以二年時間，先根據過去探索性研究的成果編製測量工具，再逐步建立一個整合性的工作動機理論架構，並驗證其假設。第一年計畫已根據概念定義編寫完 成12種量表，經由專家審閱討論後，進行二次預試，並參考項目分析的結果修改題目，編製為正式量表施測。各量表內部一致性係數自.54至.95，中數 為.81。初步因素分析的結果顯示各量表的因素結構較預期的概念結構複雜，有待後續研究繼續深入探討。
