從「巧語」到「現實」－伙伴關係與專業團隊運作模式之建構

From 'Rhetoric' to 'Reality' - Constructing Operational Model of Partnership and Professional Team


Abstract

為檢視臺灣社會服務之夥伴關係與專業團隊的運作現況，本研究以研究者於2012年所建構的「有效夥伴關係」與「有效專業團隊」的兩份量表，選取長期照顧 服務領域進行調查研究。本研究採集群分析法進行抽樣，分別抽到臺北市、臺中市、宜蘭縣、嘉義縣及屏東縣等五縣市，並總共以五縣市292個組織做為本研究之 研究對象。在資料收集方面，是由研究者或訪員到各機關(構)進行面對面的訪問，最終完成138個機構，計256份有效問卷。透過本研究，期能據以從政策、 管理與實務等面向，提出有助於建構長期照顧之夥伴關係與專業團隊的相關建議，進而讓夥伴關係與專業團隊在長期照顧領域的實踐，能夠從「理想」朝向「現實」 邁進，進而提昇我國長期照顧服務輸送的品質。
