聯合國在2012年擬定最新的議程(Rio+20),規劃2016至2030年落實17個永續發展目標(sustainability development goals, SDGs),各大企業也開始掀起了推動永續制度的行動,本研究從個人層面探討影響個人與組織之間配合執行永續行為的因素,以及外在環境如何影響個人展現永續行為的歷程,具體來說,探討員工未來時間觀如何與何時影響員工的永續態度與行為,以自我調節焦點為中介變項,將職涯不確定認知為外在環境造成的調節效果。本研究採用問卷調查進行研究,共收集了146位主管與員工兩階段配對資料,採用階層回歸分析。結果發現:1.未來時間觀高的員工傾向採用促進焦點,2.未來時間觀高的員工會透過促進焦點增強永續態度與行為,3.職涯不確定性會調節員工未來時間觀、促進焦點與永續態度與行為的關聯,當員工感知職涯不確定性低,未來時間觀透過促進焦點影響員工的永續態度和行為較強,綠色行為則不受影響,由此可知,永續態度與行為和綠色行為的內涵存在差異。最後,本研究提供理論與實務上的建議。
The United Nations announced 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) (from 2016 to 2030). Many companies started to promote the sustainable policy to response as well. This study discussed the micro-foundations that individual why and how implementation of sustainability in every business day. This study explored the relationship between employee future time perspective and employee sustainable attitudes as well as behaviors. We exam the mediated role of self-regulatory focus (promotion focus and prevention focus) and the moderating role of career uncertainty perceived. Two stage survey are conducted in this study. 280 questionnaires are delivery and 146 employee-supervisor dyad are returned. Hierarchical regression is used in the study. The results show that the employee future time perspective is positive related to promotion focus. Promotion focus is mediating employee future time perspective and sustainability attitude as well as behaviors. The relationship between future time perspective, promotion focus and sustainable attitude/behavior is moderated by career uncertainty perceived. Their relationship will be stronger when employee perceive low career uncertainty. However, career uncertainty perceived has no effect on green behavior. Theoretical and practical implication are provided in the final.
