本研究旨在探討偏遠地區國民中小學校長教學領導、教師專業素養與學生學業樂觀的現況與關係。以問卷調查法為研究方法,調查450位中小學師生為對象,運用結構方程模式驗證校長教學領導、教師專業素養與學生學業樂觀的關係。研究結果發現,校長教學領導、教師專業素養與學生學業樂觀的整體適配度良好,同時校長教學領導、教師專業素養與學生學業樂觀的現況均呈現中高程度,而不同性別、年齡、是否參與社群與校訂課程的教師,在知覺教師專業素養各層面達到部份的顯著差異。最後,提出學校實務與未來研究的相關建議。
his study aimed to explore the relationship among elementary school principal’ instruction leadership, teachers’ professional competence, and students’ academic optimism in Taiwan. This study adopted statistical methods such as correlation analysis and structural equation modeling. It investigated 533 elementary school teachers and students to analyze the direct effects of principal’ instruction leadership and teachers’ professional competence on students’ academic optimism, and the mediating effect of principal’ instruction leadership on students’ academic optimism through teachers’ professional competence. Results showed that the current situations of principal’ instruction leadership, teachers’ professional competence, and students’ academic optimism are positive. There are significant differences in terms of the perception of the teachers from different genders; age, the experiences whether or not to be a member of community or school-based curriculum in teachers’ professional competence. From the research, some suggestion are provided for the schools, the education bureau and in the future studies.
