當代人們在旅遊過程中會利用社群媒體平台來即時分享個人體驗 ,但目前遺產觀光領域通常是在旅程後使用一次性的回憶問卷來進 行調查,測量結果有記憶衰退的可能,也缺少機會去探討遊客在旅 遊過程中之瞬間經驗。本計畫主要目的在探究遊客獲得瞬間真實性 體驗之類別、程度,體驗之時間、空間型態,不同類別體驗、體驗 程度對後果變項忠誠度之影響,以及瞬間經驗與事後測量之比較。 總計在遺產觀光區域成功招募遊客參與。透過智慧型手機與手持 GPS進行經驗取樣法調查,運用通訊軟體在旅遊當日每小時隨機發送 訊號,讓受訪者即時填答當下真實性體驗內容、程度,在旅程結束 後回顧當日體驗與忠誠度調查。研究結果顯示旅程中各類瞬間真實 體驗對旅程後忠誠度之影響有所不同;此外,合併受訪者當下真實 體驗類別、真實性體驗程度、地理座標等資料繪製真實體驗地圖。 本計畫可能是第一個利用智慧型手機探討遺產觀光遊客瞬間真實性 體驗之研究,從實務觀點來看,透過瞬間經驗之探討,能實際瞭解 遺產地區各景點、活動等能帶來之真實性體驗,供相關單位管理規 劃與確保遺產觀光朝向真實與永續的方向發展。從學術角度來看 ,本計畫為觀光及真實旅遊領域探索新的調查方法,對遊客在移動 狀態下的現地、瞬間經驗有更進一步的了解,也探討了瞬間經驗對 回顧評估及忠誠度之影響,為遺產觀光區域管理規劃、遊客瞬間經 驗、真實性體驗等領域帶來一定價值與貢獻。
Authentic experiences are an important value pursued by tourists when they visit heritages. The concept of authenticity varies among tourists, time, and heritage sites. Tourism is facilitated through mobile phones, tourists often share their travel experiences in real-time through social media platforms. However, there is a lack of opportunities to actively probe into the dynamic process of tourists’ real-time experiences throughout the course of traveling. The purpose of this study is to investigate the types of tourists’ authentic experiences, the time and place of experiences, and the influence of different types of authentic experiences on loyalty, which is the outcome variable. The study was conducted with the participation of tourists who were recruited in situ at the heritage tourism destinations. The study employed the experience sampling method by using smartphones and GPS devices. The results showed the influence of different types of real-time authentic experiences throughout the journey on the posttravel loyalty. The study used geographic coordinate data to develop an authentic-experience map. The study can provide the relevant institutions with a guide for management and planning to ensure the authentic and sustainable development of heritage tourism.
