本計畫研究目的在於建立休閒雕琢之因果理論模型,休閒雕琢為新建立之構念,並且被證 實能改善休閒參與。過往雖有研究探討休閒雕琢對生活滿意之影響,但並非從休閒情境出發。 研究架構主要區分為前因與後果兩部分,前因包括自我效能與活動特徵,而後果則有休閒投入、 休閒契合度、滿意度以及心理幸福感。並以積極型與被動型兩研究樣本進行調查,一共收集 361 份有效問卷。隨後使用 AMOS 進行假設檢定,研究結果顯示所有研究假設均獲得支持,最後 本研究提供研理論意涵、研究限制與未來方向建議以供管理者與研究者參考。
The purpose of this project is to establish a causal theoretical model for Leisure Crafting. Leisure Crafting is a brand-new construct which is proven to improve participation in leisure activities. Although several studies have discussed the impact of leisure crafting on life satisfaction, these studies are not based on leisure contexts. The research framework is mainly divided into two parts: antecedents and consequences. Antecedents include self-efficacy and activity characteristics, while consequences include leisure engagement, leisure fit, satisfaction, and psychological well-being. The survey was conducted with active and passive research samples. Total of 361 valid questionnaires were collected. Subsequently, AMOS was used for hypothesis testing. The research results showed that all research hypotheses were supported. Finally, this research provides theoretical implications, limitations, and future direction suggestions for reference.
