本研究延探討心理契約在服務業員工福利滿意度與員工績效行為間扮演的角色。樣本取自台灣南部四個主要購物中心,總共回收306份配對問卷 ,由主管評估員工績效,員工自評心理契約和福利滿意度。研究結果顯示:員工對福利的滿意度會影響他們的績效,而心理契約在員工福利滿意度與員工績效行為之間,則有部分中介的效果。
The study examines the role of psychological contract between employee benefits satisfaction and perceived employee performance behaviors in the service industry. Data was collected from four main shopping malls in southern Taiwan. A total of 306 paired questionnaires were collected from front-desk employees and their supervisors. The results show that the employee\'s satisfaction with the welfare system will affect their performance behaviors, and psychological contract has partial mediation effect.
