本研究基於Bronfenbrenner的生態系統理論和Super與Harkness的文化發展利基理論,探究本土嬰幼兒新手母親的家庭微系統的親職教育需求及知能具備情形,並建構親職教育內涵架構,以利後續發展和提供給新手母親的親職教育訊資訊或方案活動。 本研究由新北市、桃園市和台北市的托嬰中心,邀請372位育有7-30月齡嬰幼兒的新手母親參與親職教育需求和知能問卷調查研究,以了解其親職教育需求和知能內涵,並進一步探究親職知能和親職喜悅關聯情形。本研究結果可提供研究者對本土的嬰幼兒適齡的新手母親職教育內涵架構,和累積國內新手母親的親職教育和教養研究,也能提供政府對年輕家庭親職教育和嬰幼兒發展與照顧政策的重要依據。
Based on Bronfenbrenner\'s microsystems concepts in the ecological theory, Super and Harkness\'s developmental niche and parenting educators’ framework, the research tried to investigate the needs and efficacy of parenting education for the first-time new mothers. The research was to understand the needs of the first-time new parents, construct the native parenting education contents. In order to overcome the limitations of the past studies, this study also tried to collect the culture sensitive and native parenting education data. The research participants for the need and efficacy assessment on parenting education consisted of first-time new mothers invited and recruited from infant and toddler care centers in New Taipei, Taoyuan and Taipei cities. Participants were 372 new mothers invited from infant and toddler care centers. All participants completed the needs of parenting education, parenting efficacy, parenting joy and family background information. The data were analyzed by content and factor analyses, and correlations to explore the results. It was expected that the research could provide the useful information for the interested scholars to study the contents and needs of the first-time parenting education. Practical suggestions and implications were made for government, child/infant care and family parenting education policies, as well as for practitioners.
