本子計畫的主要目的在延伸過去相關的文獻,試圖與招募與甄選的觀點,探 討如何挑選與吸引高度建言傾向的求職者。明確而言,本研究主要探討(1)求職者 如何在甄選過程中表現建言傾向?(2)求職者建言傾向與面試官評量的關係以及限 制情境 (3)高度建言傾向的求職者,在考慮組織人才吸引力時是否會較為重視公平 知覺(包括程序公平、資訊公平與互動公平)? 本研究結果將對過去有關員工建言、人才招募與甄選的理論累積,提供一定程度的理論貢獻。
This study extends previous research by examining how to attract and select the applicants with high voice-behavior tendency. Specifically, the main purposes of this study includes: (1) examining how applicants could display their voice-behavior tendency during the selection processes; (2) examining the relationship between applicant’s voice-behavior tendency and interviewer evaluation, and the boundary conditions of the above-mentioned effects; and (3) examining whether applicants with high voice-behavior tendency are more influenced by their justice perceptions (i.e., procedural justice, informational justice, and interactional justice) when considering organizational attractiveness. Results of this study will contribute to the theory development in literature of employee voice, personnel recruitment, and personnel selection.
