國家的未來,繫於下一代人才培育的質量,而教師的專業素質、能力與表現,則是培育下一代人才的關鍵。優質的師資培育,必須透過職業培育、實習導入與在職進修等三階段的配合才能達成,而要豐富教師創意教學方法,首要之務就在於增進教師對於創意教學的信念。本研究欲利用縱貫性的資料調查,長期追蹤師資生到實習生再到初任教師階段時,創意教學信念發展情形以及其相關的影響因素,在為期三年的時間內,進行六次的調查,了解師資生、實習生、初任教師的創意教學信念成長趨勢。所以,探討教師創意教學信念的成長軌跡是本研究的主要動機;而探討教師創意教學信念隨時間而成長的情形是否會隨著有無修習創意教學課程、與實習輔導教師信念是否一致及互動情形、專業成長社群運作情形的不同而不同,是本研究的次要動機,在此同時,本研究也將成就目標視為是隨時間變動的共變項。國內文獻至今仍缺乏探討具有「階段性、連續性、擴充性」的師資生、實習生、初任教師創意教學信念的成長歷程,為了完整分析這樣的成長歷程,採用縱貫性分析是相當適切的。 本研究以218位師資生為對象,分析創意教學信念的成長趨勢,以及任教意願、專業學習社群對於創意教學信念的初始狀態以及成長趨勢的影響。本研究在三年期間一共進行六次調查,利用階層性模式的統計技術,分析結果顯示,一、師資生創意教學信念一共有「情意部分:提升創造力意向」、「認知部分:創意認知與態度」以及「技能部分:創意教材與活動設計」三個構面,以三個構面來看,都是呈現一線性向下的成長趨勢圖形。第二,任教意願對創意教學信念的成長趨勢有負向調節的影響。第三,專業學習社群對創意教學信念的成長趨勢有負向調節的影響。
The future of a nation relies on the quality of next-generation human resource development, and a teacher’s professional quality, ability, and performance are the keys in the cultivation of next-generation talents. Quality teacher education requires the coordination among occupational cultivation, intern introduction, and in-service training, while enhancing teachers’ creative teaching belief is primary for enriching teachers’ creative teaching. With longitudinal data survey, this study intends to trace the development of creative teaching belief and the factors in the steps from students of teacher education to beginning teachers. Among the three years, six surveys are proceeded to understand the creative teaching belief development of students of teacher education, student teachers, and beginning teachers. It therefore becomes the major motivation of this study to discuss the development process of teachers’ creative teaching belief. The secondary motivation contain whether a teacher’s creative teaching belief development would change with the study on creative teaching, the consistence with student teachers’ belief, and the interaction and operation of professional development communities. Meanwhile, the attainment target is also regarded as the covariable of time change in this study. Domestic research is still lack of “stepped, continuous, and expandable” discussion about the creative teaching belief development process of students of teacher education, student teachers, and beginning teachers. In order to completely analyze such a process, it is appropriate to apply longitudinal analysis. Besides, students of teacher education, student teachers, and beginning teachers are three different steps for teacher education that at least three years are required for the complete survey. A three-year project therefore is suitable for this study. Taking 218 pre-service teachers as the research objects, the growth trend of teacher creative teaching belief are analyzed. The research survey is preceded six times in three years. With hierarchical statistics, the analysis results reveal that 1. pre-service teachers’ teacher belief contains three dimensions of The teacher creative teaching belief scale contains three dimensions of creative intention promotion (9 questions), creative cognition and attitude (10 questions), and creative teaching materials and activity design (7 questions), which present linear downward growth trend, 2. teaching willingness appears negative moderation effects on the growth trend of teacher creative teaching belief. 3. Professional learning community appears negative moderation effects on the growth trend of teacher creative teaching belief. According to above analysis results, relevant suggestions and suggestions for future research are proposed in this study
