本研究旨在瞭解國民小學校長空間領導、教育設施品質與教學效能之現況,分析不同個別背景變項之教師在知覺校長空間領導、教育設施品質之差異情形,並探討校長空間領導、教育設施品質與教學效能之間的關係與影響力。 本研究採問卷調查法,研究對象採用分層立意抽樣,抽取全國200所國民小學之科任教師、導師、教師兼任行政教師(含主任、組長)每校 10名,總計 2000名教師。回收1877份問卷,回收率達 93.85%;其中有效問卷 1845份,有效問卷回收率達 92.25%。資料處理以描述性統計、因素分析、皮爾森積差相關、變異數分析、多元迴歸分析及路徑分析。 本研究獲致以下結論: 一、公立國民小學校長空間領導現況達到高程度,在「形塑空間願景」層面的表現最佳。 二、公立國民小學教育設施品質現況達到高程度,以「多元的活動設施」層面表現最佳。 三、公立國民小學教學效能現況達到高程度,以「多元教學策略」層面表現最佳。 四、公立國民小學校長空間領導程度會因「學校地理位置」、「學校規模」、「性別」、「年齡」、「總服務年資」、「在該校服務年資」、「職務」、「學歷」之不同而有顯著差異。 五、公立國民小學教師教育設施品質的程度會因「學校規模」、「性別」、「年齡」及「總服務年資」之不同而有顯著差異。 六、公立國民小學教學效能的程度會因「學校地理位置」、「年齡」、「性別」、「總服務年資」及「職務」之不同而有顯著差異。 七、國民小學校長空間領導、教育設施品質及教學效能三者間具正向關聯。 八、國民小學校長空間領導及教育設施品質分層面能預測教學效能。 九、國民小學校長空間領導、教育設施品質、教學效能的模型適配度良好。 十、國民小學校長空間領導會透過教育設施品質間接影響教學效能,教育設施品質具有完全中介效果。 最後,本研究依據研究結果提出建議,俾提供教育行政機關、學校校長以及未來研究之參考。
This research aims to understand the current situation of the principals’ space leadership, the quality of educational facilities and teaching effectiveness of elementary schools. The study analyzed the different background variables from the teacher to see the difference in these 3variables on them. Therefore, the study examed the relationship among the influence. This study was adopted the questionnaire survey method. The research objects adopt stratified conceptual sampling, and select 10 teachers, including tutors and administrator teachers (including directors and group leaders) from 200 national elementary schools across the country, for a total of 2,000 teachers. 1877 questionnaires were returned, with a recovery rate of 93.85%; of which 1845 were valid questionnaires, with a recovery rate of 92.25%. The collected data was analyzed by the method of descriptive statistics, factor analysis, Pearson product difference correlation, variance analysis, multiple regression analysis and path analysis. The conclusion of this study are listed below: 1. The current situation of the space leadership of the principals of public elementary schools has reached a high level, and the performance in \"shaping the space vision\" is outstanding. 2. The current quality of public elementary school education facilities has reached a high level, and the performance in \"multiple facilities\" is outstanding. 3. The teaching effectiveness of public elementary schools has reached a high level, and the performance in \"multiple teaching strategies\" is outstanding. 4. There were significant differences of the “location of the school”, “scale of the school”, “sex”, “age”, “total service years”, “years of service in the school”, “positions” and “educational background” among the principals’ space leadership of elementary school. 5. There were significant differences of the \"school size\", \"sex\", \"age\" and \"total length of service\" among the quality of educational facilities 6. There were significant differences of the \"school location\", \"age\", \"total length of service\" and \"position\" among the teaching effectiveness. 7. There is a positive correlation between the principals’ space leadership , the quality of educational facilities, and the teaching effectiveness. 8. The principals’ space leadership and the quality of educational facilities, can forecast the teaching effectiveness. 9. The model of principals’ space leadership, quality of educational facilities, and teaching effectiveness is well adapted. 10. The principals’ space leadership will indirectly affect the teaching effectiveness through the quality of educational facilities, which has a completely intermediary effect. At last, according to the results of the research, the study conducted some suggestions to provide reference materials to educational administrative organizations, school principals and other researchers in this field.
