本研究主要目的有二:(1)探究校長正向教學視導的相關概念與理論;(2)發展與建構國小教師教學效能的評量工具。研究採問卷調查法,預試調查對象為150位國小教師。本研究第一年之主要研究結果如下:(1)國民小學教師教學效能包括:教學計畫、教材呈現、教學策略、環境營造、評量回饋等內容;(2)「國民小學教師教學效能之調查問卷」具有不錯的鑑別度;(3)「國民小學教師教學效能之調查問卷」具有良好的建構效度; (4)「國民小學教師教學效能之調查問卷」具有極佳的信度,此外,本研究也初步發展出國民小學校長正向教學視導之焦點團體訪談大綱及培訓課程。最後本研究根據研究結論,分別對國民小學教師教學效能之實務推展及未來研究提出建議。
The purposes of this study were as follows: first, to develop the training curriculum for positive instructional supervision; second, to develop and analyze an assessment to measure the teaching effectiveness for elementary school teachers. A questionnaire survey was used to collect data from 150 elementary school teachers and then to develop a measurement tool for teaching effectiveness. The collected data were analyzed through the methods of Item analysis, reliability analysis and validity analysis. To sum up, conclusions are made as followings: (1)The questionnaire of teaching effectiveness for elementary school teachers includes lesson planning, material presenting, teaching strategies, environment creating, assessment and feedback. (2)The questionnaire of teaching effectiveness for elementary school teachers about the discriminatory power, reliability and validity are good. In addition, we also develop the training curriculum and interview guideline for positive instructional supervision. Finally, according to the findings of this study, this author will propose several suggestions for the improvement of teaching effectiveness for elementary school teachers, and further study respectively
