想像力、轉換型領導、創意行為
Imagination, Transformational Leadership, Creative Behavior
想像力是創意的源頭,也是人類思想的原動力,而領導的方式對團隊創意行為也扮演很重要的角色。本研究探討轉換型領導及員工想像力對創意行為、績效的影響,以某連鎖服務業各分店的店長及員工為對象進行配對問卷施測,共包含62位店長及193位部屬。資料分析分成個人層次及跨層次部份,個人層次分析結果,創意行為在想像力與工作績效間具有部份中介效果;使用HLM進行跨層次分析結果,想像力對轉換型領導與創意行為具有完全中介效果。
Imagination is the source of creativity, but also the driving force behind human thought, it is an important role that leading the way for the creative performance in team. This study investigated the impact of the transformational leadership on imagination, creative behavior and performance in the employees of service sector. This study surveyed 62 managers and 193 staffs of a chain services company. Results are shown that imagination has fully mediated effect for transformational leadership and creative behavior in organizational level, and creative behavior has partially mediated effect for imagination and job performance in individual level.
