隨 著不同的專案團隊形成階段,成員可能需要扮演不同的角色。本文目的在探討成員之角色扮演與專案團隊認知及專案團隊績效之關聯性。研究結果發現,其間的確有 顯著關係存在。亦即,在不同專案團隊形成階段,團隊成員需扮演不同的角色(過程導向角色/任務導向角色),而其對於專案團隊之認知與團隊績效之影響也不相 同。因此,為使團隊有較佳的表現,不同的專案團隊形成階段,成員應扮演不同的角色,除可提高其對於專案團隊之認知外,更可增進專案團隊之績效。

Situations change as the team forming stages alter, team members may play different roles. This paper attempts to explore the relationships of team members’ roles, the perceptions of team members, and the performance of project team over different team forming stages. Significant relationships were found among these. The results indicate that team members’ roles (process-oriented / task-oriented) may affect team members’ perception and project team performance. One may conclude from the current findings that project team performance and team members’ perceptions can be improved through different roles’ playing of team members over different team forming stages.
