貨主樣本之選擇是根據「1999年經濟部國貿局進出口績優廠商名錄」前500大出口貿易商或製造商為調查對象。 承攬運送業問卷母體數之選擇是根據「2000年台北市海運承攬運送商業同業公會」名錄為調查對象。

隨 著國際物流之發展趨勢,港埠物流中心之地位日愈重要。由於承攬運送業與貨主是國際港埠物流中心主要的使用者,因此,本研究目的從此兩者之觀點,探討對台灣 地區國際港埠物流中心服務之需求,並進一步市場分析。 經本研究調查結果得知最重要的前十項港埠物流中心服務需求依次為:「貨物安全保管」、「貨物控管與追蹤」、「報關服務」、「內陸運送」、「電子文件的傳 輸」、「貨物整理」、「出口併櫃」、「進口拆櫃」、「提供保稅倉庫」以及「出口貨物配送」等服務。經由因素分析法將30項服務屬性萃取後並命名為「附加價 值服務」、「支援服務」、「資訊服務」、「倉儲服務」及「配送作業服務」等五項服務需求構面。根據業者服務之需求,透過集群分析方法將貨主歸類為「附加價 值與支援服務需求群」、「拆併櫃配送與倉儲服務需求群」、「附加價值與倉儲服務需求群」、「拆併櫃作業配送服務需求群」與「資訊服務需求群」等五個集群; 另承攬業區隔為「一般需求群」、「配送作業需求群」及「支援服務需求群」等三個集群。據ANOVA分析結果,驗證出不同集群間對於各服務構面在重要性認知 上有顯著性差異。此研究結果可提供給港埠相關單位作為國際港埠物流中心設置與擬訂行銷策略之參考。

Due to the development of international logistics, the role of international port distribution centers have become particularly important. This research seeks to evaluate services demand of international port distribution centers from the major users’ - freight forwarders’ and shippers’ perspectives. The study explored that goods safety was the most important service attribute, followed by cargo tracing service, customs service, arrangement of inland transportation, electronic document, assorting service, consolidation, bonded warehousing, and distribution etc. A factor analysis was conducted to divided 30 service attributes into five factors, which were identified as value-added service, support service, information service, warehousing service , and distribution service. Through a cluster analysis, shipper were categorized as value-added and support services oriented firms, warehouse service oriented firms, distribution orientied firms and information service oriented firms. On the other hand, freight forwarders were segmented as general service oriented firms, consolidation service oriented firms, and support service oriented firms. According to the analyses of ANOVA, the differences of service attributes and factors among groups were supported in this study. The use of this framework may be a useful approach for port authority to examine their marketing strategies in developing international port distribution centers.
