本研究旨在探討都市社區空間調查與計畫,以社區居民的空間認知、需求與利益為出發點,本研究採用空間秩序綜合評估、居民生活圈以及商店街業種結構等觀點為切 入點,為其特色。調查訪談得到有效樣本共1,378份。結果發現:(1)排定及評估社區空間秩序項目及指標的重要度,(2)居民生活圈大小可分成五個層 級,(3)居民社經及文化背景與生活圈之間關連顯著性,可分成五個層級,以及(4)重要商業街道可歸納成三種類型。最後,本研究建議未來都市社區空間調查 與計畫工作,應該納入四個要素,以期有效週延。

The purpose of this project is to explore the planning methods of urban community space on West District in Tainan City. Spatial order comprehensive evaluation, inhabitants’ living sphere and commercial facilities structure are to taken in this study. Valid samples are administered to 1,378 inhabitants in four survey plans in West District. The main findings are as follows: (1) We set up a spatial order fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on Fuzzy theory, then obtained the outcomes about priorities of community spatial order indexes and items. (2) Inhabitants’ living sphere in West District can be divided into five-level sphere. (3) Inhabitants’ current living sphere are apparently connected with their socio-economic and cultural characteristics. In according to χ2 test and contingency coefficient, we can divide these contingencies into five levels. (4) We can also find three-type commercial facilities structure in eleven commercial streets in study area. Four important elements are must be emphasized in urban community spatial survey and planning in future.
