本研究旨在探討就讀大專身心障礙學生生活品質及生涯決定情形,並進一步分析二者之關係。以自編之「生活品質評量問卷」及「生涯信念檢核表」紀憲燕(民83)為工具針對808位受試調查,回收440份,回收率54.46%,再於受試中立意抽樣12位進行深度訪談。其重要結果如下:
1.身體健康與個人生活狀況多與其障礙之影響有關。
2.就業、求學及婚姻為最大壓力,解決困難對象以家人為主,心事傾吐對象以朋友為主。
3.依障礙類型、障礙程度、性別、年級、學程階段、學校型、學校性質七個向度分析生活品質情形,發現實際符合程度(客觀性)大多小於重要性感受(主觀性),表示大專身心障礙學生之生活品質多不理想。
4.整體而言,身心障礙大專生有「性別刻板印象」、「控制傾向」、「規劃萬能/專業至上」、「自由傾向」之阻礙生涯決定特質。
5.上課、溫習功課、考試及生活上,支持性服務情形之提供有嚴重不足現象。尤其是聽障生之FM助聽器、視障生之各種輔具、課業協助、就業諮詢等及肢障生的特殊課桌椅、專用電腦等。
6.身心障礙大專生生涯決定負向影響明顯高於一般大專生。明顯表示其生涯的不確定性、不安全感,亦會表現在生涯的不當決定上。
7.生活品質符合程度與重要程度具有顯著正相關,重要程度與生涯信念亦具顯著正相關,可解釋生涯信念總變異的5.3%。但符合程度與生涯信念未達顯著相關。
根據研究結果,提出可行建議,供學校、政府部門及身心障礙家庭參考。

This research examined the quality of life and career decision-making for university and college students with handicapped , and further analyze two it relation. Then from the self-edited " Questionnaire for Quality of Life measurement " and the " Checklist for Career Decision-Making "A survey on 440 subjects, again to purposive sampling 12 proceeding depth interview. Its main results as follows:
1. Physical health and personal living condition many rather than the consequence of the handicapped relevant.
2.Employment, attend school and marriage for the biggest pressure, solve the difficult object regarding family members as lord, the worry pour out the object regarding friend as lord.
3.Aaccording to the handicapped type, handicapped degree, sex, grade, phase of learning, school type, kinds of school to analyze quality of life situation, discover match degree( objectivity) smaller concernment feel( subjective), the quality of life for college students with handicapped show impractical.
4.By all accounts, the handicapped college students to have" sex inflexible impression" ," control incline to" ," program all-powerful/ profession highest" ," freedom incline to" it baffling career decision-making characteristic.
5. For learning, review the lesson, examination and life , the offering of the support service situation have serious lack phenomenon. Particularly the FM hearing aid for hearing impairment, that assistive technology, lesson of guidance, employment consult for visual impairment , and the positioning table and special computer for physical impairment.
6. The negative to affect career decision making of handicapped college students significant higher than general college students. Shows the indetermination of its career, insecurity, as well meeting express on the not appropriate decision of the career.
7.Meet the demand with concernment of quality of life have significant positive relationship, and concernment of quality of life with career decision making also have significant positive relationship. But meet the demand of quality of life with career decision making reach not notability related.
According to research result, provide suggestion to school, government and family of handicapped.
