本研究目的主要在了解國小實習教師教學溝通之情形,並探究不同實習輔導教師對實習教師教學溝通能力之提昇是否具差異,為達此目的,本研究採取訪問法、問卷調查法、與深度晤談法,取得相關資料,所得資料經分析後獲得如下結論。 (一)實習教師口語溝通能力不因其畢業系別、任教年段及性別之不同而有顯著差異。(二)實習教師非口語溝通能力因性別而有顯著差異但不因其畢業系別、任教年段之不同而有顯著差異。(三)實習教師溝通態度因畢業系別、性別不同而有顯著差異但不因其任教年段之不同而有顯著差異。(四)實習教師溝通媒介運用能力因性別有顯著差異但不因其畢業系別、任教年段之不同而有顯著差異。(五)實習教師教學溝通能力之提昇因實習輔導教師之年齡、年資與學理之不同而有顯著差異。(六)實習指導教授對實習教師教學勾同能力之提昇常因時間與實習地區偏遠而受限制。最後本研究依研究結果對師資培育機構、教育行政機關、特約實習學校與實習教師提出相關建議。

The main purposes of this research were to investigate student teacher’s instructional communication.
A questionnaire and SPSS software was used to analysis to collection data.
An interview was used to gather depth information Lesotho conclusions of this study are as follows: 1.For general instructional communication ability, there is no significant difference among student teachers. 2.For verbal instructional communication ability, there is no significant difference among student teachers. 3.For non-verbal instructional communication ability, there is significant difference between male and female student teachers. 4.For instructional communication attitude, there is significant difference among student teachers that were major in different departments, and between male and female. 5.For the ability to use instructional communication medusa, there is significant difference between male and female student teachers. 6.The mentors who were different age、 in-service years and degree have different affect to improve student teacher instructional communication ability.
