 在以兒童優質養育為趨勢的前提下,研究團隊延續前期國科會計畫(NSC96 - 2412 -H-002-010-SS3)「台灣學齡前幼兒的追蹤觀察與研究-托育系統與幼兒發展」),欲證實並托育系統和小學環境對兒童發展之影響,並作為日後國 健局臺灣出生世代長期追蹤研究(TBCS)的補充與經驗累積。 本研究針對兒童發展、學校環境與家庭基本資料三個面向進行測量,使用工具包括:兒童情緒障礙量表、社會表現檢核表中的社會情緒量表、研究者自編的導師問卷 及家長問卷。總計台北市、新北市有281位兒童及其家長、87個班級導師受測。 研究結果顯示,家庭月收入、父母教育程度與職業與兒童發展皆呈正相關,證明家庭經濟和文化資本有助於兒童成長;學校環境部分,班級氣氛、家長參與班務與否 會影響兒童發展;最後,學前教育對兒童發展的長效影響在本研究中並不顯著。建議後續研究能持續針對兒童發展的不同面向進行追蹤,並增加樣本的多樣性。

This study followed-up the researcher’s previous longitudinal study (NSC96 - 2412 -H-002-010-SS3) to observe the impact of child care to child developments of the target group primary school students. It also would serve the purpose of a testing study of the TBCS data bank for the 4th wave survey of the 8-year-old sample children and their educational environments (primary schools). Three dimensions of first grades’ learning factors were measured: family, school, and child developments. 281 children’s parents and their 87 teachers answered questionnaires, including: child’s emotional problems, social function checklist, school environments, and family environments. Results show that family economy and culture capital are associated with child development positively; class atmosphere and parental participation have impacts on students’ developments at elementary schools; though impacts of child care quality in preschool institutions are not found in the study. It is suggested that more and longer terms of impact studies on a more diversified sample are needed.
