 本研究的主要目的在於探討我國大專校院運動休閒管理相關學系招生策略及其考量之因素。研究者以 77 位大專校院運動休閒管理相關學系之系主任為研究對象,並採用問卷調查方式進行普查。問卷調查以自編的「我國大專校院運動休閒管理相關學系招生策略及其考量 因素之研究」問卷,作為資料收集之主要工具。所獲結果如下:(一)我國大專校院運動休閒管理相關學系之招生運作概況,招生管道主要為「大學甄選入學」;招 生宣傳媒介或管道以「招生簡章」比例最高;招生 宣傳以「課程規劃」為重點;以及,整體招生成效介於「待加強」與「普通」之間。(二)我國大專校院運動休閒管理相關學系之招生策略,依序為「改善軟硬體設 施」、「增加就學誘因」、「營造優質形象」和「強化招生工作」。(三)我國大專校院運動休閒管理相關學系之招生成效影響因素,依序為「校系形象」、「專業 學習誘因」、「校園生活機能」、「招生作業辦理」和「師生表現」。

The primary purpose of this study was to investigate the student recruitment strategies and consideration factors of sport and/or recreation management related departments of Taiwan universities/colleges. A total of 77 chairpersons of sport and recreation management related departments of Taiwan universities/colleges were involved in the study’s questionnaire survey. A researcher self-designed instrument, “The Student Recruitment Strategies and Consideration Factors of Sport and/or Recreation Management Related Departments of Taiwan Universities/Colleges Survey”, was used as the main tool to collect data. The study found: (a) the main channel for student admission was “College Admissions via Recommendation and Screening”; the major media to provide recruitment information was the admission brochure; most departments emphasized program planning in preparing recruitment information; and the overall recruiting effectiveness was between “Average” and “Good”; (b) the student recruitment strategies, in a descending order of importance, were “Improving Software and Facilities”, “Providing Entering Incentives”, “Creating a Sound Image”, and “Enhancing Recruitment Tasks” ; and (c) the student recruitment consideration factors, in a descending order of importance, were ”Image of the University and Department”, “Professional Learning Incentives”, “Convenience of Campus Living ”, and ”Performance of the Faculty and Students”.
