 探討競賽狀態焦慮對2 X 2 運動成就目標在預測運動表現上的中介效應。方法:本研究擬以500 名青少年手球選手為研究對象,最終共有260份有效問卷,測量工具包括2 X 2 運動成就目標量表、16 題-二代競賽狀態焦慮量表和運動表現量表。主要的統計分析是以多元同時迴歸分析。預期結果:精熟-趨近目標正向預測狀態自信心。精熟- 逃避目標負向預測狀態自信心,也能正向預測狀態認知焦慮和狀態身體焦慮。表現-趨近目標對運動表現的正向效應會受到狀態自信心的中介。表現-逃避目標不僅 正向預測狀態身體焦慮,而且它對運動表現的負向效應還會受到狀態自信心和狀態認知焦慮的中介。預期貢獻:理論上,本研究所預期的結果可藉由特定情境歷程變 項(狀態自信心和狀態認知焦慮)提供成就目標與表現成就之間聯結的解釋歷程,進而延展成就動機階層模式(Elliot, 1999, Elliot & Church, 1997)。

This proposed study is to examine the mediational effects of competitive state anxiety on 2 X 2 sport achievement goals in predicting sport performance. Method: This proposed study will recruit 500 adolescent athletes. Measurement will be adopted includes a 2 X 2 Achievement Goals Questionnaire for Sport, 16 items-Revised Competitive State Anxiety Inventory-2, and Sport Performance Scale. With respect to data analysis, multiple simultaneous regression analysis will be mainly used. Anticipated results: Mastery-approach goals positively predict state self-confidence. Mastery-avoidance goals negatively predict state self-confidence and positively predict state cognitive anxiety and state somatic anxiety. Positive effects of performance-approach goals on sport performance will be mediated by state self-confidence. Performance-avoidance goals positively predict state somatic anxiety. Negative effects of performance-avoidance goals on sport performance will be mediated by both state self-confidence and state cognitive anxiety. Anticipated contribution: Theoretically, the anticipated results in this current study will be able to further extend the hierarchical model of achievement motivation (Elliot, 1999, Elliot & Church, 1997) by situation-specific process variables (state self-confidence and state cognitive anxiety), which provide accounts of the processes responsible for the link between achievement goals and performance attainment. For application, it is suggesting the coaches who want to enhance their athletes’performance in competition should encourage their athletes to develop approach achievement goals (especially to performance-approach goals) and not to adopt avoidance achievement goals (especially not to performance-avoidance goals).
