住 宅室內設計裝修業是國內相當重要且直接與民眾居住消費有關的產業,住宅室內裝修是建築的一部份,與建築領域關係十分密切,因為大多數民眾希望的室內空間是 具功能性和複雜性的,瞭解住宅裝修後使用者評估便顯得非常重要。本研究的主要目的是首先導入體驗行銷的觀念,綜整自有住宅室內設計與室內裝修消費體驗之重 要因素相關文獻,利用深度訪談之質性研究法,找出評量因素,以主成份分析及探索性因素分析(exploratory factor analysis, EFA)進行資料轉換及縮減資料。接著利用驗證性因素分析(confirmatory factor analysis, CFA)來建立使用後中古屋和新成屋兩種住宅銷售型態的自有住宅室內設計與室內裝修消費體驗量表,進而發展新的「自有住宅室內設計與裝修體驗理論」,以期 提供住宅室內設計相關學術領域新的 研究議題方向及提供自有住宅室內設計裝修相關業者行銷策略上之建議。此外,本研究結合模糊決策理論中的模糊語意尺度(FLS)法建立家戶住宅裝修體驗問 卷,利用巢式羅吉特模式(Nest Logit Model)分別探討自有住宅室內設計與裝修消費體驗對家戶住宅室內設計與裝修選擇行為之影響,將所得結果與傳統李克特尺度量化方式進行比較分析,以嘗試 解釋兩者之間的差異與何者較為接近人類實際之消費體驗行為。

In fact, the interior design and decoration of residential house had become popular in Taiwan. Interior design and decoration is a part of the architecture, which it works after the architecture construction. Because the interior space is most human scale, functional and complicated. The purpose of this research is to discuss the experience of interior design and decoration of residential house by experience marketing concept. This research hopes to build a new the experience theory and questionnaire of interior design and decoration of residential house by in-depth interviews and exploratory factor analysis. On the other hand, this research tries to build a new model by combining Fuzzy Linguistic Scales (FLS) approach with the nested Logit model. In research design, this paper first explains the definition of alternatives, independent variables and utility function. This study is also that the new model is proposed to be more capable of dealing with the problem of qualitative variables, which is one of the critical issues in quantitative approaches of the interior design and decoration of housing consumption choice behavior model in household.
