 本研究之主要目的在編製「倫理辨識量表」、設計「社工倫理教學方案」及運用「社工倫理教學方案」進行社工倫理教學研究,以比較不同社工倫理教學方式之教 學效果差異。選擇實踐大學社會工作系四年級學生為實驗對象,進行「短期式密集研習」與「學期式課程教學」之倫理教學實驗,並進行前、後測。結果發現倫理教 學對於學生之倫理辨識有正向改變;短期式研習與學期式教學方案在倫理辨識能力上並無顯著差異。

The purpose of this study was to develop an Ethical Discrimination Scale(EDS) to formulate a Social Work Ethics Teaching Program (SWETP) and to implement the SWETP and EDS for exploring the differences of teachingeffect between different teaching format (formal course and intensive workshop).The pretest-posttest design was adopted. The fourth-grade students from department of social work, Shih-Chen University were selected as samples. We find that ethic teaching programs can promote students’ capability of ethical discrimination, and there are no significant differences of teaching effect between the formal course and intensive workshop.
