本研究主要目的在探究國民中小學教師工作滿意及主觀幸福快樂感受之相關因素。研究分兩階段進行,首先發展「家庭及工作生活滿意度量表」,內容包括主觀幸福、 快樂感受、工作滿意、家庭對工作之衝突、工作對家庭之衝突、以及家庭與工作之間的平衡因應等分量表。研究對象為217 名教師,所得資料經項目分析後,各分量表的內部一致性係數介於.83至.90 之間。因素分析結果也頗能支持本量表的建構內容。第二階段研究以假設模式的驗證為主。研究對象共725 名教師。結果發現教師的工作滿意相關因素假設模式及主觀快樂幸福相關影響因素兩個模式均能獲得支持。此外,本研究亦探討中小學教師在工作滿意及主觀幸福快 樂感受方面的性別差異情形。整體而言,男性教師在幸福感受方面要比女性教師來得高些。他們在工作及家庭角色之間的平衡與因應也比女性教師要來得好些。針對 研究結果,本研究提出進一步之討論,並對實務工作及未來研究提出建議。

The purpose of the study was to explore factors related to school teachers’job satisfaction, subjective wellbeing, and sense of happiness. The “Family and Job Satisfaction Questionnaire” was developed at the first stage of the study. Reliability and validity was supported by data collected from 217 elementary, middle, and high school teachers. In the second stage, two hypothesized models were proposed and tested by AMOS. The participants were 725 elementary, middle, and high school teachers in Taiwan area. The proposed models were supported by the empirical data. The conflicts between family and work influenced participants’sense of happiness and subject well-being. The adjustment and coping of the conflicts between work and family also influence their sense of happiness and subject well-being. The same pattern also supported the proposed job satisfaction model
