 以團隊來完成任務是組織管理的趨勢之一,而任何團隊都有其特定結構,並可能會影響到團隊的信任與績效。由於過去關於團隊結構中的團隊成員友好程度與外部 紀律程度,也就是來自於團隊外部的要求程度(例如長官命令或契約要求等等),對於團隊績效影響之研究,其相關結論並不是很一致。此外,在探討團隊信任與其 績效之間的關係時,過去研究多半集中在人際信任方面,而比較少探討制度信任的效果。因此本研究將團隊的成員友好程度與外部紀律程度、團隊的人際與制度信 任、以及團隊的合作滿意度與任務績效這六個變項,放在一起共同討論,並提出三個假說(包含10個子假說)。在研究方法上,本研究將採問卷調查,以全國大專 院校資訊管理專題競賽以及全國技專校院學生專題製作成果展示與競賽,預估共250隊的入圍隊伍為對象,進行問卷發放。問卷來源除了人際信任與合作滿意度是 修正自現有問卷之外,關於團隊的成員友好程度、外部紀律程度與制度信任,則是透過焦點座談與內容分析而自行設計,並以專題競賽成績來衡量其任務績效,最後 再以結構方程模型(Structural Equation Model)來對10個子假說進行驗證。

Although each team has its unique structure to effect on team trust and performance, researches about the effects of team’s external discipline and team members’ friendship, which are parts of team structure, on team trust and performance are very few and have inconsistent implications. Meanwhile, when discussing the relationship between team trust and performance, most studies focus on interpersonal trust rather than systematic trust. Therefore, we try to put these constructs--team structure that includes the team members’ friendship and team’s external discipline in this research, team trust including interpersonal trust as well as systematic trust, and team performance including task performance and cooperation satisfaction--into three hypotheses and to verify these hypotheses using structural equation model (SEM). The data collection here has two stages. First of all, we will use two already designed questionnaires for two constructs: interpersonal trust and cooperation satisfaction. For the other constructs, questionnaires will be designed through focus group meeting and content analysis method. Then, we will take questionnaire surveys on the national collegial cup information management project competition (by CSIM, on December) and the competition of national technological college student monograph (by MOE, on May). Roughly estimated, there will be 250 teams to receive our questionnaires.
