 本研究運用Q分類同意量表,搭配深入訪談,以分層抽樣方式蒐集了40位教授與103位學生(大四生)的資料,探討大學不同類別科系對人力資源培育的現 象。研究結果發現行政管理人才方面,教授與企業看法大致上相似,技術專業部分,教授與企業的看法相異程度較高。至於學生的認知方面,各學院學生的看法與企 業界需求差異較大。管理與社科院的師生對於育才的看法差異度小於電資與工學院的師生。

Using stratified sampling to collect a data set of 40 professors and 103 senior students, this research employs in-depth interview and Q-sort methodology to analyze teachers’ conceptions of developing students’ competency and whether students perceive the institutions’ intentions and they do earn those abilities. The study finds that the differentiation of opinions between professors and businesses for competency of administration and management people is less than that for technical professional people. In addition, the cognitive difference of competency demand between college students and businesses is huge. Furthermore, the differentiation of opinions between professors and students for competency of administration and management people is less than that for technical professional people.
