 身心障礙兒童的家庭關係是近年來逐漸受到重視的研究主題,文獻中雖然不乏對家庭需求的調查或服務方案的評估,但卻缺乏理論的解釋,也對家庭互動的各個層 面少有探討。此外過去偏向醫療與福利的角度,亦使家庭本身的潛在能力長期被忽視。本研究將從家庭心理學與婚姻研究的角度出發,致力發展科際整合的知識。 本研究將特別關注身心障礙兒童家庭中夫妻之間的付出行為(分工、支持、犧牲),以及其對夫妻情感關係(恩情、親密、婚姻滿意度)的影響。預計將以現有 的測量工具編制成題本,針對400 名育有身心障礙兒童的父母進行施測。研究樣本將透過大台北地區不同類型身心障礙兒童機構的協助取得。

The study of families with disabled children becomes an important research area recently. Although many surveys and assessments have been done to those families, they were more practical oriented rather than theoretically guided. Neither have they investigated different aspects of family interactions. The medical and social-welfare perspectives in past research also overlooked potential strengths those families may have. The purpose of this research is to approach this issue from family psychology and family study perspectives. There is an attempt to develop an interdisciplinary knowledge of families with disabled children.

The focus of this research is on couple’s involvement (i.e., sharing parenting responsibilities, co-parenting behavior, and sacrifices), and its effects on marital affection (i.e., En-qing, intimacy, and satisfaction). Measurements used in previous studies will be adapted to this research. Structural interviews will be performed to 400 parents with disabled children. Participants will be recruited from parent’s associations of different types of childhood disabilities, with a quota sampling procedure based upon sex (male/ female) and the age of children (0-3 yrs/3-6 yrs).
