 本研究為回答「國小藝術與人文領域教師應該具備哪些音樂能力?」而進行。衡量國內師資培育與音樂師資供需狀況,參酌國外音樂教師標準與檢定方式,提出國 小藝術與人文領域教師音樂能力內涵,分三部份條例,分別為音樂與人文15項、音樂知能36項、以及音樂課程、教學與評量42項,以描繪音樂能力的藍圖。研 究採五點量表方式設計問卷,調查全台各縣市音樂教師及九所師院教授對於藝術與人文領域教師音樂內涵的看法,每項音樂能力內涵分音樂專長教師與非音樂專長教 師兩種背景的需要性分別填答。回收725份問卷,經平均數、標準差統計結果顯示:1.藝術與人文領域教師不論是否音樂教長,都必需具備音樂能力方能施 教;2.音樂專長與非音樂專長教師的音樂能力要求不同,條列的93項內涵,其差異性每項都達到顯著水準;3.對於以音樂專長擔任藝術與人文領域教師者,所 列93項音樂能力內涵的平均數均高於3分,對於非音樂專長教師而擔任音樂教師者,「能演奏兩種以上的樂器」、「具備即興的能力」二項平均低於3分,可以不 予考慮。報告中詳列93項音樂能力內涵,這些內涵項目將作為第二階段音樂能力標竿建立的基礎。

「What are the music competencies that the teachers of Arts and Humanity field at elementary school should have?」is the research question of this study. After considering the situation of teacher training programs at Taiwan, situation of music teacher supply and needs, and literature review of different music teacher standards, 93 items were listed as the content of music competencies. Those items were divided into 3 categories:music and humanity (15 items), music knowledge and skills (36 items),and music curriculum, instruction and assessment (42 items). The questionnaire survey was held. Samples were consisted of professors at teachers colleges and elementary school music teachers. 725 questionnaires were sent back. The result are followed: 1.Elementary teachers of Arts and Humanity field should have music competencies, no matter music specialist or not. 2.The requirements of music competencies were different between music specialist and non-music specialist. And the t-tests showed the significance 3.For music specialists, the average of each item was above 3. But for non-music specialists, 2 items were below 3. They were \'play more than two instruments\' and \'improvisation ability\'. And should be deleted. All the 93 items were listed in this report, and served as the basis for second research stage --benchmarking.
