 近來的研究指出,權力並不等同於影響力,主管的權力要搭配適合影響策略,才能要能對部屬產生影響力。而本研究之目的為探討華人主管使用的權力基礎與影響 策略為何?並分析權力基礎與影響策略間的關係,與二者的搭配,對部屬產生之影響結果為何?研究先以訪談法蒐集26名職場工作者對其現任與過去共事過主管之 權力基礎與影響策略的觀察事例,然後再經由彙整、修改、分類與預試,編成「主管權力基礎與影響策略量表」,同時參酌以往有關影響力的研究,修編出評估「主 管影響力評估量表」。經針對與評估主管共事半年以上的852名工作者的調查結果顯示,華人主管的權力基礎有「參照權」、「職位權」、「關係權」、「專家 權」、「資源權」;而其影響部屬的策略則有「講理」、「動情」、「命令」、「轉型」、「講利」。而迴歸分析顯示,主管對部屬採取的影響策略與其所擁有之權 力基礎有顯著地相關,而且主管權力基礎與影響策略的搭配,確實會對部屬產生不同的影響力。

Some studies found that power and influence are distinct constructs. The supervisor\'s influence came from his power match adaptive influence tactics. However the relationship between specific forms of power, specific influence tactics, and influence outcomes is not very clarified very well yet. The research have the following three major objectives:(1) to understand the powers and influence tactics of the Chinese supervisor; (2) to understand the relationship of the Chinese leader\'s power, influence tactics and influence outcome. Analyzing the data of 552 staffs, the results showed that: (1) the Chinese supervisors have 5 types of power, there are referent power, position power, guanxi power, expert power and resource power. And they have rational persuasion, personal appeals, pressure, inspiration appeals and favors exchange 5 types of influence tactics; (2) the regression analysis show the supervisor\'s power may direct affect their choice of influence tactics. The study also found there were different influence outcomes from the combination of supervisor\'s power and influence actic.
