隨著自我導向工作團隊(Self- Directed Work Teams,SDWT)在組織中漸趨流行,許多研究已經證實SDWT可用來提昇員工之工作績效與滿意度。本計畫以台灣地區資訊系統自我導向工作團隊為研究 對象,試圖整合團隊內部群體動力、組織外部支援機制與團隊過程,深思其對於團隊效能的影響。研究結果發現,團隊內部群體動力、組織外部支援機制、團隊過程 與團隊效能均呈顯著正向關係。此外,團隊發展與團隊內部群體動力對於團隊效能有顯著的影響效果。因此,為使團隊表現更好,管理者應特別著重團隊發展與團隊 內部群體動力兩方面。

With increased levels of self-directed work teams (SDWT), many researches have suggested that SDWTs can improve job performance and work satisfaction. The research mainly focuses on the investigation of current status for IS SDWTs and its linkage with team effectiveness. Primarily, by analyzing team internal group dynamics, organization external support mechanisms and team process (team development and team design), we can truly understand their relationships with team effectiveness. The results indicate that team internal group dynamics, organization external support mechanisms, and team process are positively correlated to team effectiveness. Furthermore, it appears that team development and team internal group dynamics have significant effects on team effectiveness. Therefore, we suggest that managers should specifically emphasis on team development and internal group dynamic in order to improve team effectiveness.
