 本研究擬從資源基礎理論觀點,系統化地整理出醫療機構所擁有的資源類型,包括資源、專長、能力三者的組合方式。此外,綜合運用人力資源策略的相關理論, 來探討資源類型與人力資源策略之間的關係。本研究關注的焦點在於醫療機構如何依靠本身累積的資源,來採取不同的人力資源策略,以追求組織持續性的競爭優 勢。實證結果大致支持本研究的論點。

This study, using the resource-based theory, will provide an overview of the resource characters in health care organizations. The resource characters are classified to different resource types. Moreover, this study will review the theories of human resource strategies to find the relationships between the resource types and the human resource strategies in health care organizations. The results are in general consistent with our hypotheses.
