 本文目的是探討動態環境情況下台灣企業參與國際策略聯盟的管理機制、企業文化與國家文化差異與聯盟績效的關係之動態分析。採用實證研究方法以台灣地區前 1000大製造業和前500大服務業作為研究母群體,以等距隨機抽樣方法抽取800家製造業和400家服務業合計1200家企業作為研究對象, 以郵寄問卷進行實證研究。實際訪問調查有關國際策略聯盟的管理機制、文化差異與績效關係,以及動態環境影響因素的資料,以進行其動態分析。研究模式的建立 乃是經由文獻探討定義研究命題, 然後以文獻探討理論基礎配合管理理論,以邏輯推理推導出研究模式,然後基於研究模式與相關文獻、管理理論,以邏輯推理推導出研究假設,實證訪問調查回收資 料之分析採用LISREL模式,分析動態環境情況的潛在影響因素、外生影響因素對於國際策略聯盟的管理機制、文化差異與聯盟績效之間關係的動態影響,以驗 證模式與假設。研究發現動態環境因素的影響,包括直接與間接對於台灣企業策略聯盟績效的(包括主、客觀績效)有影響,其次,聯盟的管理機制、文化差異也具 有的中介效果。研究結果可以提供企業參與國際策略聯盟參考,以提高國際策略聯盟管理整合機制的效率,消弭夥伴之間的文化差異,增進企業國際競爭力。

 The objective of this project is to study the relationship between alliance management integration mechanism, culture difference and performance under environment uncertainty. The primary alliance group is the top 1,000 manufactures and the top 500 services industries in Taiwan. Using empirical research method, and questionnaire tools, it randomly selects 800 manufactures and 400 services industries which total up to 1,200 industries, as the research subject. First, We reviewed the literature for create the theory basis. Next, We inference the research model of this article based on the theory basis, and inference the research hypothesis based on the research model and the theory basis. Then, we will be verify the research model and hypothesis using LISREL model. Our project will study the dynamic impact of internal and external impact factors between the alliance management integration mechanism, culture difference and alliance performance under environment uncertainty. Secondly, our study the direct and indirect impact on alliance performance and the middle efficiencies of alliance management integration mechanism and culture difference on the environment uncertainty. The results of this research are the environment uncertainty, alliance management and alliance styles has significant influence the alliance performance. Secondary, It has the significant correlation between the subject, object performance and the alliance management with alliance styles. Other hypothesis included that middle variables efficiency and the impact of the alliance performance by the independent variables was obtained part support. In the future, the findings of the research results can provide the industry the reference to select the proper alliance strategy to raise the management performance. It can predict the alliance performance to meet the industry’s strategy target and raise the competition. On the other hand, this model can solve the management integration mechanism and culture difference problems of international alliance on environment uncertainty while the alliance organization activities are at work and at the same time, it can solve the problems of the application and combination of sources, the conflict and allocation of profit and cost.
