本研究係追蹤計畫主持人于87年執行之國科會研究專案,編號:NSC-87-2412-H-031-007之樣本(國二學生,現為高二學生)及其家長,並進一步選取現為就讀中、職之樣本及其家長,故本研究之母體為「北市公私立高中、職之學生」。

本研究比較不同的家庭資源之間如何影響青少年的學業成就與偏差行為,並區分家庭困境與家庭順境,探討家庭系統之內究竟存在那些轉化困境為順境的資源與機制? 以及分析哪些因素使青少年在缺乏家庭資源的「困境」下,得以不受妨害或有良好的表現? 本計畫擬採問卷調查法,追蹤883名台北市高中職學生與其父母。初步分析結果顯示,個人特質對於青少年發展的影響力頗大,家庭結構性資源(父母教育程度) 影響的層面以正向發展(學業成就)為主,而家庭關係性資源(家庭凝聚力)則影響負向發展(偏差行為),兩者功能似有差別。本研究結果除有學術上的貢獻外, 將可提供作為家庭政策規劃與推行家庭教育的參考。

The adolescents in this study are grouped as “prosperity” and “adversity” according to their familial structural resources to examine how personal resilient personality and familial relationship property affect adolescent academic success and deviant behaviors. Data of this study is collected by following up 885 senior high school students and their parents at Taipei city. The primary analysis shows that personal resilient personality has significant effects on both adolescent academic achievement and deviant behaviors. Familial structural resources are positively associated with adolescent academic achievement and relationship resources are negatively associated with deviant behaviors. This research have not only theoretical contribution, but also practical application for family policy-making and family education.
