本研究旨在探討機械製造業工廠就業者所需具備之技術能力,瞭解我國專科學校機械工程科學生的就業技術能力之現況,並探討專科學校機械工程科畢業生就業技術能 力之需求,以作為主管教育機關、技職學校及工業界培育工廠技術人力之參考。 本研究是以文獻分析作為研究的理論基礎,並以問卷調查蒐集事實資料,作為實證及推論的依據。使用工具為「我國專科學校機械工程科學生就業技術能力之研究」 四種問卷,研究樣本為專科學校機械工程科教師(32 所學校,共320名教師)、專科學校機械工程科應屆畢業生(32 所學校,共3200名學生)、製造業工廠之人事主管及基層主管(80 家工廠,80 名人事主管、160 名基層主管)。共有24 所專科學校寄回(回收率75.0 %),教師有效問卷回收120 份(回收率37.5 %),學生有效問卷回收1739 份(回收率54.3 %),共有47 間製造業工廠寄回(回收率58.8 %),人事主管有效問卷回收36 份(回收率45.0 %)、基層主管有效問卷回收48 份(回收率30.0 %)。研究所得資料,以平均數、t 考驗及單因子變異數分析等統計方法分析後,獲致之主要結論如下: 1.機械製造業工廠就業者應具備生產技術能力、產品研發能力及產品行銷能力等 三層面三十七項就業技術能力。 2.專科學校機械工程科學生認為自己就業技術能力頗好的為生產技術能力層面方面的識圖與繪圖及安全衛生與環保觀念等二項能力。其餘各層面各項能力均為普 通。 3.製造業工廠基層主管對專科學校機械工程科畢業生在識圖與繪圖能力、機械設備維護與保養等二項能力較為肯定,認為頗好,其餘各項能力則均認為普通。 4.製造業工廠人事主管對專科學校機械工程科畢業生在識圖與繪圖能力較為肯定,認為頗好。認為不好的能力項目為計畫撰寫、製程分析、成本分析、市場需求評 估、消費行為認知、銷售技巧與手法、行銷方案規畫、建立行銷網路等八項能力,其餘各項能力則均認為普通。 5.專科學校機械工程科教師對專科學校機械工程科畢業生在識圖與繪圖能力較為肯定,認為頗好。認為不好的能力項目為智慧財產權知識、計畫撰寫、製程分析、 成本分析、商標建立、建立行銷網路等六項能力,其餘各項能力則均認為 普通。 6.專科學校機械工程科學生認為自己在生產技術、產品研發、及產品行銷等層面 的就業技術能力均需要教育訓練。 7.製造業工廠人事主管及基層主管均認為專科學校機械工程科畢業生在生產技術 層面(十三項能力)、產品研發層面(十一項能力)及產品行銷層面(十三項能力) 之就業技術能力均需要教育訓練。 8.專科學校機械工程科教師認為專科學校機械工程科畢業生在生產技術層面(十一項能力)、產品研發層面(十一項能力)及產品行銷層面層面(十三項能力)之 就業技術能力均需要教育訓練。

The main purposes of this study are to explore the needed of technological competencies of entry employment of the workers of manufacturing factory, and to understand the condition and demand of technological ability of entry employment of the junior college students at the department of mechanical engineering in Taiwan, R.O.C.Based on the findings, the author provided some suggestions to educational authority,junior colleges, and manufacturers about the educating and training of the manpower of the plant management. Based on the review of literature, a list of the needed technological competencies of the workers of the manufacturers was first developed. By the method of questionnaire surveys collected data, the instruments used in this study were “A Study of the Technological Competencies of Junior College Students at the Department of Mechanical Engineering.” questionnaires. The samples of this study included 320 teachers and 3200 students of 32 junior colleges, 80 personnel managers and 160 first-line managers of 80 organizations of manufacturer. The return of survey questionnaires included 120 teachers (37.5%),1739 students (54.3%), 36 personnel managers (45.0%), and 48 first-line managers(30.0%).The data obtained from this study,through means, t-test, and One-way Analysis,could be concluded mainly as follows: 1. The workers of manufacturing factory require the competencies of production skills (13 competencies ),product R&D (11 competencies ),and product marketing (13 competencies ).

2.. College students thought they had good competencies of production skills(2 competencies ). 3. According to the views of first-line managers, college students had good competencies of production skills (2 competencies ). If a college student wants to be a good workers, he must be enriched in the competencies of production skills (13 competencies ),product R&D (11 competencies ), and product marketing (13 competencies ). 4. According to the views of personnel managers, college students had good competencies of production skills(1 competencies ). If a college student wants to be a middle-level manager, he must be enriched in the competencies of production skills(13 competencies ), product R&D(11 competencies ), and product marketing (13 competencies ). 5. According to the views of college teachers, college graduates had good competencies of production skills (1 competency ). If a college graduate wants to be a top-level manager, he must be enriched in the competencies of production skills (11 competencies ), product R&D (11 competencies ), and product marketing (13 competencies ).
