本研究以實習教師及實習輔導教師為對象,探討其對實習輔導教師之理想角色知覺、實際角色知覺、以及造成理想與實際差距之可能因素。為達成研究目的,本研究進 行如下的研究步驟:1.進行相關文獻之探討-以建構實習輔導教師之角色內涵。2.探索性訪談-問卷編製前實施,廣泛蒐集資料並做為編製問卷之參考。3.問 卷調查-經嚴謹編製過程,並進行預試及信效度考驗,再以1560名對象進行問卷調查,並以有效回收問卷927份進行分析統計。4.Q分類及驗證性訪談-於 問卷調查後實施,以印證問卷調查結果。經綜合後本研究提出多項結論,並據以提出具體建議,以供做改進教育實習輔導之參考。

In the new educational interning system , mentor teachers have become the critical role affecting the interning effectiveness. The purpose of this qualitative and quantitative study was to explore: 1.the role functions of mentors; 2.the ideal and real mentor role perceived by intern teachers and mentors; 3.the sources of role discrepancy perceived by intern teachers and mentors. The methods of this study included: literature review, interviews, questionnaire survey, and Q sorting. In order to achieve the goals, this study, by literature review and explorative interviews, constructed the theory on role function of mentors and developed the questionnaire. A questionnaire survey was conducted on 1560 samples. Based on the survey findings, an explanative interview and Q sorting on 8 samples were followed. Recommendations for mentors, intern teachers, schools, universities, educational administration authorities were also provided.
