台商赴大陸投資與日俱增,相對需要大量的管理人才,而在人員本土化的養成過程中,台商卻經常面臨人才異動的問題。本文旨在探討在台商企業中的大陸籍幹部,以了解影響其離職意願的重要影響因素,俾便管理者參考。

To enhance the competitive advantage of Taiwanese companies in Mainland China and decrease production cost, Taiwanese companies tend to employ native employee. But the high mobile rate of native employee in Mainland Chain is a serious problem. The purpose of this research is to examine the determinants of intention to quit of native employee in Mainland China of Taiwanese companies . Then we pose some suggestions for Taiwanese companies.
