Based on the theory of differential social control, this proposal will detect when a student can\'t take the role of the \"learner\",then transforms to take the role of the \"rule-violator\", this process is how to influence the happening of delinquent behaviors. The developmental psychological task of a junior high school\'s student is to pursuit the autonomy. When the student can\'t identify the role of the \"learner\", he would lose the appreciation from peers, teachers and parents. In turn, this condition would influence the student\'s self-image. It is important to one to maintain the positive self-image that represents one\'s competence and efficacy. So, it will reduce self-esteem when lose other\'s approval and acceptance. If adolescence has these conditions, he will alienate the traditional role and take the alternative behaviors to improve his self-value. If he participate the delinquent peers in the same time, will push him to take the role of the \" rule-violator\", then will make the delinquent behaviors. So th s proposal will measure two high-risk groups: the students have low academic achievement and rule-breaking behaviors in the variables of social location, role commitment, role-taking, prior delinquency and delinquent peers. The result show that in school rule\'s participation, the delinquent behaviors group don\'t place importance on pursue better achievements than normal and rule-breaking behavior groups. The result also show that the delinquent behaviors in low academic achievement grouop and rule- breaking behavior group are significant higher than normal group . These results prove that if a student can\'t take the role of the \"learner\", then transforms to take the role of the \"rule-violator\", this probability will increase.
