本研究旨在建構一套學校本位管理理論模式,作為學校推行學校本位管理的行動依據,並提供教育行政機關發展與改革學校教育的參考。 為達上述目的,本研究首先藉由文獻分析,探討學校本位管理的理論及其應用措施,以作為建構學校本位管理初步模式的理論基礎,其次透過問卷調查,瞭解國民中小學實施學校本位管理可能遭遇的困難與需要的配合措施,以作為修正模式的參考依據。

The main purpose of this study is to construct a theoretical model of school-based management. By doing so, the researcher hope this theoretical model of school-based management can give those who want to take reform on school organization a guidance and education administrators who want to improve our educational system a reference. To accomplish the purpose, the researcher, first of all, explores school-based management theories and its applications as the basis of constructing a theoretical model of school-based management. Second, based on the questionnaire to modify this theoretical model of school-based management.
