本研究主要的目的在建立國小教師專業踐行的範圍與內涵,探討專業踐行之影響因素及影響結果,藉此以建構國小教師專業踐行發展及實踐之可行模式。研究計畫分二 年進行,第一年主要在確立教師專業踐行之內涵指標,建構研究之模式;第二年則依據第一年研究結果,發展研究工具以調查國小教師專業踐行實況,分析影響踐行 之可能因素及踐行所影響之效果,以驗證本研究模式的適用性。 研究對象為台北市、高雄市及台灣省的國民小學教師。預定抽取 1200 人為問卷施測樣本。研究方法採用文獻分析法、參與觀察、深度訪談、得懷術及問卷調查法。 一、文獻分析、參與觀察、深度訪談:主要目的在建構國小教師專業踐行之理論模式,及建立專業踐行之範圍、內涵。 二、得懷術 (Delphi technique):目的在建立專業踐行內涵指標,以供發展研究工具之參照。 三、問卷調查:主要目的在了解國小教師專業踐行現況,分析專業踐行之影響因素及影響結果,驗證研究模式的可行性。

The purpose of this study is to establish the scope and connotation of elementary school teachers\' professional performance,explore factors that affect professional performance and the results that professional performance makes, and to construct feasible model for the development and practice of elementary school teachers\' professional performance. The project will be conducted by two years. The major work in the first year is to establish connotation index of teachers\' professional per formance. For the second year, based on the research results of the first year, the major work is to develop research instrument to investigate that affect performance, in order to verify the applicability of the model. The subjects are elementary school teachers from Taipai City,Kaohsiung City, and Taiwan Province. There will be 1,200 teachers in the sample to take questionnaires. The research methods used here include literature analysis, paricipant observation, deep interview, Delphi technique, and questionnaire investigation. 1. Literature analysis, participant observation, and deep interview :the main purpose is to construct theoretical model of elementary school teachers\' professional performance. 2. Delphi technique:the purpose is to establish connotation index of professional performance, in order to provide reference for the development of research instrument. 3. Questionnaire investigation:the main purpose is to understand present situation of elementary school teachers\' professional performance, analyze factors that affect professional performance, and verif the applicability of the research model.
