本研究的目的在於編制一個衡量國際才能量表,並以此量表作為衡量中國、香港、台灣三地企業管理學系學生在國際性才能的了解,以此探討培養未來管理者國際才能 之養成因素。本研究共分兩步驟進行。第一步驟針對505位企業人士進行編制問卷的信效度修訂,題目的題本信效度良好。第二階段以此問卷施測兩岸三地企管系 學生,研究結果發現國際性才能與生活經驗、外語能力有顯著相關存在。

The purpose of this study was to construct a scale for measuring international competency scale used to be the measurement to examine the three Chinese administration students\' international competency. From these resents we can develop the recommendations for the school to improve the internationalization of their management education. The paper will include two parts. First, we construct a 56 items scale for measuring competency on Chinese and investigate its reliability and validity from 505 employee subjects. Second, we measure 404 China\'s , Hong Kong\'s and Taiwan\'s administration students to compare their international competency, it indicates that the correlation among international foreign experiences and foreign language were significant.
